Our animals are raised free to roam WITHOUT antibiotics, chemical inputs or pesticides. We are a GMO-free, organic minded operation geared toward intentional regenerative principles and philosophies. We raise Dorper crosses on open pasture at all times.
$200 deposit will reserve a lamb with the balance due when the lamb is ready for processing in JUNE 2024.
EXAMPLE:
Total lamb cost is calculated for an estimated hanging weight of 85 lbs:
$5.50 per pound paid to Luig Land & Cattle
$1.05 per pound, plus $50 processing fee and an $8 disposal fee paid to butcher
Total Expected Cost Estimate: $467.50 + $147.25= $614.75 (minus the $200 deposit)
Expected amount of packaged meat is approx. 54% of hanging weight = 46 lbs of meat for an average cost of $13 per pound
You’ll pickup at the butcher, located in Weatherford, Texas. Packaged pork is ready for pickup approx. 10-14 days after processing begins. We can deliver for an additional fee after payment has been made to the butcher but will need to know before processing.
